Kurai's First Time
« on: December 04, 2012, 06:09:24 PM »
Inside the gates of a secure complex on Providence, Assassin? was enjoying a nice glass of water while lounging pool-side in the heat. There was a particular heat wave going on here right now, and Assassin? had been cooling off in the pool, but now he was lounging, wearing a bathing suit, but otherwise disposed of clothing for once. As he leaned back in his pool chair and sipped his water, he could feel a magic signature arrive nearby. Ah, they were here at last.

"There is a war going on against the Anrufe and yet its leader decides to take leisure time at a pool." Kurai appeared standing atop the surface of the water, the tips of hear wings barely dipping beneath the surface. She smirked in a sadistic manner as she walked forward and out of the pool, "I quite like your choice. Let the incompetent insects handle themselves!"

A first task for someone new to the Anrufe. An interesting thing for the Black Legion considering they should've been on watch from the beginning, being almost related to the normal Vionix, an enemy of the Anrufe. The General himself considered that this mission would be a good way of learning where the Black Legion's allegiances truly lay and Assassin would not be left wanting from the Legion.

The General himself was on his way to meet Assassin, he really didn't have much else to do other than stay upon his vessel and lounge about which didn't suit him whatsoever. What suited him was doing something that in someway involved the murder of many people that didn't include himself. Apparently that is what this mission offered and he was extremely happy to take it... or would've been if he could've actually felt emotion but that was the price to pay.

The Black Legion soldier appeared standing beside Assassin, just appeared out of nowhere. No magical flash, nothing to state his arrival, he just appeared and stood there with his arms crossed over his chest. The General was a tall male and very pale, his glowing blue eyes stared down at Assassin as he lounged and by rights, the Legion member should've been sweltering as he was standing there in a suit of PRPA. It seemed though that The General was either unable to feel the discomfort or simply did not care, more likely the second.

Weapons were lashed all over The General's body, from the pair of wavering blades attached to his back to the Render Rifle lashed across them down to the pair of distortion pistols attached to his hips and the distortion carbine down his left thigh. The General cast a glance over to Kurai as she walked over and sighed softly. "Some of us, the lower ones, don't have time for leisure. The higher ups however, do." He brought his gaze back to Assassin and nodded slightly. "Ready when needed, Assassin."

"Believe me," Assassin? replied to Kurai, not bothering to move from his lounging spot by the pool, "I have a... Unique talent of... Multitasking. Let's just say it has my full attention. In fact, I've called you and -- oh," he looked over to the General, admiring the massive suit and weapons on the man, "Well, him, for a very important reason. General, meet Kurai. Kurai, this is the General, an... ally of ours, it would seem. I have called you both here today because, well, quite frankly, we've got a war to fight. I plan to do some reorganizing in the near future, and there's one key member of my new personnel who is unfortunately absent."

A hologram of Red Zero appeared in the space between Kurai and the General, ejected from the concrete of the pool-side patio. The model hologram showed off her appearances fairly well, and text of data next to the hologram gave certain vital facts.

"This is Red. Red Zero. She's sort of like a niece to me, so you will excuse me if I hold some special interest in this mission. During the Battle of Violet a number of weeks ago, she went missing, as did another of ours, Jikore, who's remains were later recovered. Red Zero remains missing, and I wish to find her, dead or alive. Closure is... important. Needless to say, I do hope she is still alive. Her brother, Green Zero, and her son, Kenny would be... Relieved. We all would. Of course, if she is still alive, she's likely a prisoner of war in Mecheran custody, in which case, well... She could be anywhere."

Assassin? glared at the two with harsh eyes. "Find her. This is very important. Consider this your way of earning your keep."

The General took a deep breath of the air as things seemed to be changing. No one else really noticed that until the tremors started and then the General leaped into action. Deciding to save as many as he could he darted forwards and grabbed Assassin and Kurai by the shoulders, displaying the massively high reaction speed of the Vionix and then glared outwards. "Sorry, time to go." Was all he said, his voice devoid of emotion despite the fact that the world was ending, he then vanished and took them elsewhere, to the Fire Storm Academy to be more precise, a place he knew wouldn't be destroyed as he was one of the few people that actually knew where it was.
