Hunting the DAIS
« on: December 27, 2012, 11:54:21 AM »
Silas was tired of dealing with problems like this. The Mechera needed to do something about the DAIS or the Zarethians did. Heck right now he was considering negotiating a mutual ceasefire with the DAIS in order to stop this so he did not have to keep the systems shut down in effect. Shutting down all the systems caused a panic, what he was trying to avoid.  However he could not let the DAIS win out and control all the technology of the Narrikian Race. No, he could not let that happen. So Silas was suiting up in a specially made battle suit that had been designed just for him so he could use it. Today he was going unfortunately to have to pay the DAIS a House Call. Getting them to stop this was the only solution and right now with Ryan too busy to answer his phone calls Silas was in charge.

Silas made sure he also had the other equipment he needed on his person such as the MP Watch, a re-breather in case of poisonous gasses being deployed?just should he need it. Also in his possession was a normal sword, the one the inhabitants of Volimar had given him. Silas changed the clothes he wore underneath the armor to a black and silver tunic, blue jeans, and black combat boots. Silas then gave an order for a ship to be brought and got in the unarmed and unshielded frigate taking the controls and piloting it off world.

This frigate had purposely been left online so he could go and find the AI known as Delta or any part of the DAIS armada and talk them into a cease fire.  Just in case he had visited the backup branch of New Bell Industries and retrieved a back-up copy on Pen and Paper of the file the DAIS were after. It seemed valuable, but Silas did not know the DAIS wanted it deleted. Getting them to stop messing around with Narrikian technology was a DEFINITE must.  Silas had looked over the files repeatedly. This had to end.

Silas now flew through uncharted parts of space, using FTL travel to arrive there first.

"Hmm. Where could the DAIS be? It will likely take a lot to talk them into a ceasefire. "
