Territory Description: I'll edit the description myself when I make it but heres some info:
The K Empire military is undergoing plans with the new queen coming to power to build a large command center outside K City. This is being done for a number of reasons. One of which is that not only is there limited room in the pocket dimension which houses K City, but because the K Empire fleet has thus far not had an official docking station. The K Empire has visitors who come in large capital-type and larger ships which can not fit in the K City pocket dimension, so this command center will be a large dock for huge ships including the K Empire fleet. It will also be a location to house the K Empire's military and will contain a large gateway to K City.
