Vionix Ship upgrade:

As of the alliance with the Mechera, all Vionix vessels have gained mirror-shields in addition to the rest of their shielding.

-Mech Archetypes-

Long-Range Bombardment Vehicle Archetype (Ballistic) ~ "Shard"

The 'Shard' is one of the main Templates for the much larger artillery mechs being designed at the moment by the Vionix-Mechera Alliance. The 'Shard' itself is around the size of a city and mounted on a quartet of tracks, each of them the size of hundreds of normal tanks. The actual tank itself is not that tall for the width and length but that is because it has low ground clearance and the amount of recoil from the main guns would be enough to crush any smaller vehicles or cause taller ones to sag slightly. The main weapons that the 'Shard' mounts are the pair of massive cannons sitting topside. These cannons are, in human terms, the equivalent of a 5 meter shell, or 5000mm and fires at a rate of one round every two seconds. Around the edge of the construct there is also many defensive weapons to protect against any close in attackers that it can't just run over. The cannon fires three types of shells, so far:

-High Explosive: Basic shells, these are packed with many tons of explosives and can usually rip down a large portion of a city with a single shot. Not much else is to be said about these shells.

- Airburst: When buildings and such are wanted near enough standing, these shells are deployed. Airburst shells have a small altimeter and GPS system in them and when they reach a certain distance and altitude they detonate above ground. After the detonation, razor sharp shrapnel falls down like rain onto any units below. Infantry is slaughtered by these but heavy tanks are usually only slightly harmed.

-Bunker Buster: These shells are designed to not detonate on the surface and instead to burrow. They go down to the level that most bunkers would be at and then detonate at that level, causing massive rupturing of the earth above it and hopeful destruction of the bunker nearby or at least injury of said bunker.

-BioChem Shells: These shells are usually outfitted for extreme gas diffusion in order to spread around toxins or other chemical weapons. So far, only Psyko-Assault and Belligerence shells have been used, others may be created though.

The fact that a 'Warp' doesn't need to worry about recoil means that it can be modified to be much more maneuverable than its solid shot brother. This vehicle therefore is a massive walker, the size of a city but taller than 'Shard'. The two massive cannons in this ship are in fact Plasma cannons, capable of firing building sized spheres of plasma that are capable of turning a city to glass in but a few minutes. Around the rest of the vehicle there are many self-defense weapons that help to protect the 'Warp' from any close attackers. The apparent 'eye' on the front of the vehicle is in fact a targeting pointer. In the event that a 'Warp' is placed with many 'Shard's or others, it can use the pointer to lock onto a target and make it easier for other shots to home in on it, increasing accuracy by a large margin.

Short Range Centaurian Weapons Platform Archetype ~ "Stalker"

The Stalker platform is a rather strange design that the Vionix decided to experiment with. It stands around ten feet tall at the shoulder with an extra six or so feet on top of that for the controller position. It usually takes quite a lot of practice to properly work a Stalker because of the need to try and control four legs and two arms with the neural linkage that allows true control of the battle suit. This suit can be equipped with a variety of weapons, from large Wavering pole-arms that the arms use, to a sword and shield combo, all the way to actually swapping the arms out for a pair of massive gatling cannons. There are many different weapon loadouts for the suit but it depends on the pilot. The armouring of the entire suit is Mark II MARKER plating with very light shielding. The main ability of this suit however is the 'Rush' ability where the shields are focused into a Kinetic wave and the suit charges forwards, hitting all enemies with large amounts of concussive force and also increasing the speed of the suit, allowing it to get into combat quicker.
