A probe was dropped off on this planet from one of the Supremis Class ships, on the way to the GS-Max Prison from memorial.

Attention Jay Stryder. You are cordially invited to the Anti Anrufe Banquet on Terra Tempestus. There will be plenty of wine and other drinks. This party will celebrate the defeat of the Anrufe. You are also allowed to bring anyone you wish to have come with you. There is the consideration that you will leave any weapons you usually carry at home as will any guests.
