With the loss of his employment Luke would be for a time driven into despair and depression but would come out of it different than he had been before. Relentless, he has become determined to get the job done no matter what it takes for him to accomplish his missions he will do it. Also he has become business oriented scheduling every single moment of his life and living by the schedule. What this means is that there is less chance of a foul up should anything happen. Another thing about him is that he is disciplined and likes to do things by the book of course. Luke has also become far harsher on himself for losing access to the limb he once possessed at the hands of the Machina.
Inventory (Weapons, Equipment, Etc):
The Arm- The arm is a state of the art weaponized prosthetic that was made by Nebula as a gift for Luke. The arm can become many useful weapons. One of the core functions is that the hand can fold inward and the arm can become a high powered laser. It also incorporates a Grapple (charged with energy) to be used for scaling buildings and what not. Furthermore the prosthetic is more powerful than his original arm was. The arm has also been modified to his specifications. Luke had the scientists at Nebula experiment and they made some modifications to the arm. The arm in addition to being 10x stronger than a Narrikian arm also allows to be a quick access to the Mechera networks. The arm is also made to be resistant to EMPs.
The Backpack: The backpack was made by Luke using schematics he blackmailed/threatened some Narrikian scientists out of. It is a voice activated pocket dimensional storage unit. The backpack has been loaded by Luke with equipment such as various types of normal guns, laser guns and plasma guns in addition to other technologies. The backpack also contains large quantities of C4 and similar explosives including if need be, EMP grenades. The Backpack also contains jump drives that are like daggers and contain malware capable of immobilizing a Mechera for 5 posts.

Character's History (Minimum 3 Paragraphs):
Born to an ordinary family Luke would live a somewhat ordinary life, and went to the prestigious Ventus Academy on Citadel when it opened up. There he would learn most of the information he would need for life starting at about age 7. The school would keep him from his parents because it would help sharpen him and make him a stronger person.
Eventually he would ace all his classes and enroll in the Narrikian Defense Force, but would swiftly be promoted to more than their defensive force to a lieutenant in the military they had. However later on Thel would rise to power and he would experience the events below.
After re-assignment to a civil servant position from his previous job, Luke was down on his luck. It seemed life could not get any worse for him. Assigned to be a sanitation engineer, well a plumber actually he eventually decided that he would nearly quit. The Black Sun organization, sort of the Narrikian?s version of a mafia started to harass him for money. Knowing that Thel would not allow any Narrikian any sort of high paying job, Luke went to school and began to study and force himself to study even harder. When the Martial Law was declared this led to him losing for a short time his ability to connect to magic. Finding out about the NIO and the fact they had once existed before the martial law but had disbanded and gone their separate ways, Luke approached Gregory with his proposal.
In turn Gregory would offer him a better idea, to be a member of a force he was creating a secret police type organization that would not allow him to be fired by Thel Valdemee. However if caught he would be on his own and without the resources. So Luke wisely agreed, and his financial situation took a turn for the better thanks to Gregory as he was able to improve his living conditions from 3 room apartment to the house that had once been Silen?s although he had thrown out the furniture and basically given the place a total redesign.
Now he works for Gregory directly as a member of his secret police in return for monetary and other benefits such as the latest technology for example being at his disposal. Prototype tech is also given to him before it is finished and he works the bugs out of it to some degree. Now he has taken over as a field operative and works for Gregory. Captured by the Machina for a short amount of time he was subjected to a torturous experiment where they slowly and painfully severed his dominant arm. After a rescue of sorts by Mechera Police officers he was found and given medical treatment.
The arm could not be regenerated and so it seemed all was lost for him for a time. That was until someone from Nebula approached him with a deal. The deal was he was going to be the golden boy and test some of the new experimental tech. In exchange they would to the best of their abilities construct him an arm to his specifications to replace the one he had lost. Armed with the new arm he has promised himself he will find out any way he can make the Machina suffer and take them out as best he possibly can. Luke has also vowed that unless the end of the universe comes he will not lose another limb at the hands of the Machina if possible.
