Territory Name: Caelum (Latin for Haven)
Territory Description: Caelum is named such for being a haven to all sages and magic users alike. Created back after the Sage Dimension was taken by the Garalang Virus and infected, than released. Caelum was created as a sanctuary for sages and other magic users who denied and had had enough of the Sage Three's rule, blaming them for the wars that plagued the Sage Dimension and everything else Sage-kind had been involuntarily drug into ever since the Sage Three first left the Sage Dimension. It is a peaceful utopia that has existed that way for the last 8-9 years and a close-guarded secret between Sages and other magic users in the 'know.' Travel to here is forbidden unless you know of the location or have some way found out about it. It is not somewhere you can find just by chance as secret spells are put into place that unless you know the exact spot in the Sage Dimension to cast your teleportation or portal, you will simply wind up back in the spot that you started. Anti-Magic too would cause you to just end up back in the same spot.
