It's Far Too Quiet.

"It's far too quiet. Tell me, children of Creation. Why do you weep?"
~Eli stood upon the dock of the ocean that was existence. This place... He liked to stand here, at the edge of North itself, staring out into the distance. Yet... For the last several years, he had seen nothing. He had heard nothing. And... He was growing... Bored. There was nobody to wage war against. Koty was dead. Plex had been slain. Life... was peaceful. And ~Eli? ~Eli was bored.
And after all.
~Eli was only half of what his bro- Or rather, his last reincarnation's brother had been. ~Eli was... Incomplete. But together with Koty, ~Eli was part of a machine, a machine of absolute chaos the likes of which the worlds had not seen in eons. They had forgotten just how strong the power truly was. They had forgotten what once was evident -- that ~Eli's mere existence should make the likes of mortals quake in fear.
They. Had. Forgotten.
Reaching his hand out to the cold wind, the air, the storm approaching, ~Eli could feel it flowing through his bones. Perfect... It has begun.
Turning to walk down the dock, back towards land, he began to sing an old children's rhyme, a rhyme so ancient... That it was from before the days of these. A song from his childhood.

"The reaper comes to see you.
Reaper comes to see you.
Holding out a soul to steal.
The reaper wants to eat you.
"

It was time for the storm to begin.

An army.

Walking among the ranks of his loyals, the "angels", ~Eli looked upon all those that were faithful to him. His seraphs... Grunder. And, yes, all those whom had fought for him -- or rather, fought for the first Eli, during the Harbinger. Excellent... But for what was to come, ~Eli would need more. More. He would need... Reinforcements. It was time to call in old favours. Then, the fun could truly begin.

And with that in mind, ~Eli departed, ready to begin his games.
