Thunk.
The sick sound of the lance entering Koty's body in eight places was the only sound in the arena, the crowd had stopped clawing at each other's throats and just stared at the scene before them.. Koty, their God had seemingly lost, the Lance itself buried in his body. But that couldn't be; he was a God, he was THEIR God, he was the one being able to stand up against the God. Heh, the kid did it, even with the Lance it would take a sufficient morality behind it to do any actual damage.. Ararus thought, feeling his blood pour out from his wounds, knowing that they were mortal wounds and since the Lance was the one that did the damage, he couldn't heal them.
Then the pain and the realization hit. It had pierced his lungs, liver, spleen, heart, and his kidney. Damn this kid was good. He was going to die, and there was nothing he could do about it. So he did the only thing he could do, he laughed, raising his head as he stared into the sky he laughed with the force of a lunatic. Tears streaming down his face as his divine blood flowed from his body, he was going to die. Finally it was finished.
Stop it.
Yes you, stop it, your laughter is annoying me.
Did you really forget about me? You need to die three deaths, pestilence, famine, and finally war.. You are about to die the for the third time. Don't tell me you forgot Father.
"Oh, this is going to hurt." Koty muttered, his knees giving way as he fell down, struggling to roll himself over to his stomach.
It will..hurt that is.
And then it came, the pain, followed by the disorienting feeling of being in two places at once. "Aarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" He screamed out, his body was slowly covered in a white light, and the sound of hooves pounding against the earth, like a horse was running. Soon it was over, and Koty's body was gone, in it's place stood a stark naked boy with Gray hair and dark eyes.
"My name is Ryt, I'm Death."
