Since I haven't used the empire at all, or tech, or even character that made it. (Lost interest,) I'm transferring the tech to another empire when I make it. Which I have the name of, but will stay unnamed for now, to the public.  As for the character that made this empire, I still plan to use her, just not as an empire leader.

DNA Shifter Device
Using what's known as the “DNA Phantom Effect” the transference of DNA data through torsion waves, this device is able to “jump DNA," from one organic thing to another. (Or In-organic, if it has DNA.)  In other words, sort of like a shape-shifting device that can be used for offense, on yourself, or against others.
EX. Turn someone into a fluffy bunny, they can't turn back without their own device using DNA, or the device you have, since, it's NOT magic shape-shifting.
Comes in two forms, beam, or wave. Must have a sample of DNA you're going to use. So if you're going to turn them into a duck, must put in a feather.
