Incoming Transmission
« on: May 04, 2010, 09:13:09 PM »
A request for a verbal communications channel, highly encrypted, was sent to the ADF Alpha, from an unknown location and through numerous relays.
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

The request was accepted, as Matry was the highest ranking Archive agent currently unoccupied the channel was redirected through the Archive fleet back towards the Library.

"Hello, this is Matry Idoson, head of the Archive R&D department. How may I help you?"

"This is Jade Tempora from the Relorian ship Nevan. We would like to discuss something that was brought up during the attack on the planet New Dragon Moon. Transmission logs from that time period show coordinates to a planet known as Lesh, sent from the ADF Alpha. I would like to know the reason these coordinates were sent to us."

"Ah yes, Lesh was the planet we intended to relocate the population of New Dragon Moon too, sadly interchanges between our parties went a terrible direction. Currently it is populated by a small settlement which we intend to relocate to Stariania, as they do not have the resources to properly support themselves. That is once we rid Stariania of the Anrufe's influence." Matry informed.

"That might not be necessary, depending on the size of the settlement. Please have a beacon for a destination portal prepared at the site. I will come and decide whether the settlement is small enough to leave be." She asks, Kerion behind her preparing the spell that will create the portal.

"Will do, if I might ask, how many did we kill at New Dragon Moon? If just for reasons to not let such a thing happen again." Matry questioned, his voice solemn.

She hesitates for a moment, the channel silent. "We're still trying to figure that out." A second voice responds, male this time, quite low.

"My deepest regrets, if you will allow it I will order some supplies to be shipped to Lesh to help with the building process." Matry informed, already looking over the Archive projected causalities rate for the deaths are New Dragon Moon. It was quite horrifying.

"That will not be necessary. We use crystalline materials we make ourselves for construction." He replies, checking to see if the beacon is ready yet.
