Chaos vs Keith - A Chaotic Battle

When Chaos heard he'd be fighting Keith, his new friend, he was very suprised. He teleported onto the field.

Keith walked onto the field, but he wasn't normally dressed.
First of all, he didn't even have the same body. He'd morphed himself to look like Chuck Norris, except the face, so everyone would know it was him.
Secondly, he was wearing a tutu, had shoulder-mounted-elemental-punching-glove-jack-in-the-boxes, and on his head he wore a turtle whose name was Merven, Eater of worlds.

Actually, Keith didn't know it, but the turtle's REAL name was Sheldon, Destroyer of Galaxies, but I digress, for the turtle really had almost no power anyhow.

He took his place, and said to Chaos,"Yo. I'll try not to kill ya, but no promises, heh heh hah! Anyways, lets begin this right! I am Keith, Incarnation of Chaos!"

"And I am Chaos, leader of the Anrufe, and.." He gulped, "Destined successor to the embodiment of anarchy. I was created to BE the idea of chaos. Let's begin."

And in that moment, oxygen began to circulate in the ground underneath the fighting area.

As soon as he'd said,'Lets begin', Keith let out a ear-splitting scream toward the sky, not even looking at Chaos, as he ran towards Chaos. The tut was shredded off to reveal Keith's armor underneath, though he still had the jack-in-the-boxes on his shoulders and the turtle on his head. He stopped screaming when he figured he was close enough, and pounced onto Chaos, his claws-wait, where did those come from? even Keith didn't know when he turned his armoring at his hands into claws-aimed for Chaos' throat. As soon as he grabbed hold, though, he kicked himself off of Chaos, mainly using him to get air before tearing off the claws with two new arms that sprouted from his back and lobbing them at his foe. There was no blood, no look of pain; even though Keith had just torn off his hands, AND grown two new fully functional arms in a matter of seconds, it was like he felt nothing. the arms of his back faded into red, and went back into his back, and his hand regrew, all that could be seen was red tendrils coming from the stumps and forming the shape of his hands, and then turning to the usual colors. And then he landed onto the wall of the arena, opposite from where Chaos was...And stayed there, to see what would happen, defying even gravity.

But Chaos evaded the attack by sinking into the ground which now lit with fire, the heat underground burning away at dirt and being given off on the ground's surface to create the effect of warm ground. The entire surface ground was quickly warming, though no fire was on the surface itself. A hundred degrees. Three hundred degrees. Six hundred degrees.

In a cavern of sorts which had been created under the ground, Chaos was concentrating heavily. One-way portals opened in the air all around Keith and from it came a black fire which took light to the wall. And then, four butterflies which seemed to be giving off a strange aura came out of another portal. Some were red, and others were blue. These butterflies began to fly around Keith gently.

The form of Chaos, meanwhile, resurfaced on the ground. He wore a proud smirk on his face now as a black mist of some sorts began to form around him.

As these portals formed, Keith overlaid Chaos Warps onto them. So instead of going at him or the wall, the fire found itself lost within the Chaos Warp, where it would be corrupted by the Chaos there with time. But Keith didn't let the butterflies into his Warp...Something about them didn't feel right. He got away from them as fast as he could, especially the Blue ones. He formed his helmet onto his head, and turned his arm into a bow, which he then shot a arrow-also made from him-at two butterflies, one red, and one blue, to see what would happen. He then an up to Chaos in the same manner as the beginning...Except as he got to his foe, the two jack-in-the-boxes opened up and pelted him with punching gloves, attributed to a random element for the hit. This time, one had fire covering it, while the other had a massive electric charge.

As the butterflies were pierced, dusts filled their proximity, red and blue respectively. This dust quickly developed into something.. darker. More powerful. It was an energy of some sorts. A strong, powerful energy -- almost as if it were giving off an aura of some sorts. And when these two, red and blue, energies met, a great explosion occurred which caused a wall of fire to expand horizontally, the wall forming to meet the jack-in-the-box punches as Chaos jumped backwards. And the fire spread across to the boxes, and to Keith.

As Keith wasn't made of any physical elements, but rather Chaos Energy itself, the fire had no effect on him; he COULDN'T burn, as there wasn't anything making him up TO burn. Chemically, he may as well have been nonexistent, for because fire is merely a violent form of chemical reaction that gives off energy in the form of heat, and there was nothing making Keith up for the reaction to react to, it literally COULDN'T affect him, a being made up of energy of another form. As the same went for the jack-in-the-boxes, the wall was largely ineffective, and so Keith merely went through the fire as if it weren't there, which for him, it really wasn't; the only thing that marked him different than what would happen normally was that the flames still couldn't be in the same place as Keith, and so they went around his body. However, Chaos was not any such thing, as far as Keith knew, and so the Chaos Warp opened again, this time releasing the flames Chaos tried hitting him with earlier, except...Different. They were charged full of Chaos Energy, and for some inexplicable reason, in the form of Clowns. Giant, chaotic, flaming clowns. One of these clowns threw a Chaos-Fireball at Chaos, the energy released by the flame a odd combination of both Chaos and heat, and burning intensely.

And then, it happened!

Flames. Everywhere. They covered it all -- the entire tournament arena! What had just happened!? The forces of chaos rained down upon all that was good and all that was bad and all that was in between, resulting in an epic clash of the forces as that which rightfully was chaotic returned to the state it was meant to always be in.

..Chaos.

The fires which had been thrown at him had all met the fires which had suddenly appeared, clashing violently at them. It seemed that these new fires from Chaos were different. They were.. changing colors!? What was this!? And suddenly, Chaos revealed himself as smoke from the fires cleared. He had changed..

His face was chrome red, almost like a mask, and his skin was gone, replaced with the dark mist which had been surrounding him. The figure that was Chaos looked at Keith, but said nothing. What had happened!? What was this!? And suddenly, a wave of absolute anarchy washed over the entire field.

As the wave went over the field, Keith stopped. Something was wrong...And yet, the power didn't seem to be normal. This...Would be good. "Gya ha ha! Looks like yer pulling out all the stops, eh? Guess I should return the favor!" He said, his armor fusing with him. It formed a sort of carapace. As this was happening, his legs formed a extra joint, with a resounding crack as the bone-or whatever may have been there in him-seemed to snap into the joint. His arm lengthened, as did his legs, his hands forming into claws and his feet only supporting him by the frontmost part. He went on all fours, and his helmet was now enfusing with his head, a lower jaw also being formed. As it did this, it also grew longer and more draconic, and out burst from his shoulders two more heads, identicle to this new dragon head. From his back, the same red energy that reformed his hands came, but formed into ten wings, and a tail. After the tail seemed to have completely solidified from the red energy, a scythe-like blade formed from it, and the sockets from his armor-face glowed red as he let out a roar. He stayed still, but was himself radiating Chaos energy. The Keith-Dragon seemed to look into this new form of Chaos' eyes, waiting to see what to do.

Chaos's chrome face stayed static in appearance; A slight smile which radiated victory. His smile was one which showed as if he knew something Keith did not. The smile never faded. Ever. In everything he did, this smile was painted across his face, the inside of his mouth pure black.

His eyes were different indeed. One would normally expect eyebrows, eyelashes, and an eyeball. With this new Chaos, none of that existed. In the place where his eyes should have existed, there was pure black. If one stared into the blackness for long enough, they'd even see hints of fire. This fire, like the fire on the battlefield, was constantly changing color, but barely noticeable inside his eyes.

Chaos rose his black-mist hands..

And a large gate of some sorts began to rise out of the ground behind him.

Keith-Dragon rose one of its front claws, and suddenly it morphed into a wrecking ball, chain and all. He smashed it into the ground...And cracks formed along the entire arena. Was the smash truly powerful to fragment the whole of the arena? No...In fact, the wrecking ball had all but melted, it seemed. The chain dissipated into the hole, and red light came from the cracks around Chaos-Thing. From these cracks, chains erupted from the ground, on the ends of them scythe-blades. The chains attempted to ensnare Chaos, as Keith-Dragon let loose a breath attack. Except it wasn't fire he breathed, like a dragon would. Instead, he sent forth a attack of pure Chaos energy, designed to completely overwhelm Chaos with the energy, destroying any sanity he may have had and turning him into a feral beast mentally.

..Assuming this Chaos was the same as the one who had been present on the battlefield earlier.

Chaos had changed in more than just appearance. He was almost lacking any sense of reason.. and yet, at the same time, he seemed more logical. This form of Chaos was nothing more than his brain in a body with tons of magic and Chaos Energy. His new face, his true face, was a face born in a moment of absolute Chaos. This man named Chaos was meant to be what his name implied; Chaos..

But his purpose had not been fulfilled. His birth had missed something. Something didn't work. Here Chaos was, a half-embodiment, and yet he was bound to a sage form. And while he was not meant to be the true form of chaos, successor of his father, he was destined to be something else. A vessel for destruction.

The smoke that made up this Chaos's arm suddenly dispersed from its location and moved to surround the scythe chains, breaking them down with fire. In the same moment, Chaos dodged the attack coming at him from the mouth of his enemy by.. jumping into the portal which had formed at the newly risen gate, the portal being made of chaos energy. What had just happened? Where had he gone?

And then, a wave of chaos energy came from the portal.. But it stopped in mid-air.

Voices came from inside the portal; One was Chaos's, and another was a raspy, almost metallic voice.

"No! We need him!" the raspy voice said.
"Just as 'we' need me?"
"Yes, son.. Now sleep. Soon, you will complete your purpose."
"But-"

Silence.. And then, the metallic voice's laughter echoed as the portal began to close.

Keith-Dragon saw the portal begin to close, and...He overlaid some of his own Chaos energy to the portal. He was operating on instinct at the moment, and tried to follow the voices into the portal...But he never changed his chain back into a arm, and from within a Chaos Warp, he was being restrained. And, if one were to look inside of there, they'd find it wasn't Denera, his little Divine, though she was there. The one pulling his chain seemed to be human, and also seemed to have a emotive paper bag over his head...Other than that, he had a pink polo shirt on, a red jacket, and a pair of blue jeans. The shirt actually WAS from Earth, one of those snarky shirts with the caption; this one said 'Keep Laughing, This is Your Girlfriend's Shirt'. A voice emanated from the being,"Keith...I wouldn't suggest that. You won the battle...Dont ruin your victory."
He wasn't telling Keith the whole story, but he never planned to. He had one desire at the time:Keeping Keith in the tournament, and from killing or getting killed by these beings. Denera merely looked at Keith with reverence, as usual, but when elbowed by the person in the paper bag, she said,"Keith, come back. You need to win this tournament, right? He's fleeing...Victory is yours...And...Er...I cant think of anything else, but apparently bag-head has a reason for you to stay in the tournament that he wont tell me."

Keith-Dragon only diverted one of his heads, but stopped going toward the portal. He yanked his chainarm back, the figure never leaving the Chaos Warp and merely letting go of the Chain. He changed back into his normal form; the one with the skintight armor and no helm. He fell to the ground, though, landing on where most forms of organic life would have their spinal collum. Laying on the wrecked ground on his back, his arms spread out. He burst out laughing, and yelled at the portal only,"Next time we meet...Give me a reason for retreating. I'll be waiting, hahahaha!"
With that, he released the portal from his Chaos Energy to close on its own, as it'd been doing, and kept laying there, awaiting the final call on the battle.

"The battle is over!" thundered the voice of the referee, appearing suddenly on the field as others appeared on it to begin repairing the floor for the next battle. "The victor is Keith! The next battle will begin shortly!"
