Biography: Born and raised on the Geris fringe worlds, Terras and his family were constantly fighting to stay alive. Due to this, and their lack of reasonable weapons, Terras mastered his use of combat magic rather quickly. Eventually, while at the spaceport to bring in some new equipment, he saved the life of a weapons manufacturer's daughter, who in return gave him swords and a rifle.
Eventually, the manufacturer himself came to pick Terras and his family up, bringing them to the capital where the truth was finally laid on him. He, it turns out, was an heir to the throne, albeit rather far down the list. Due to a large conflict, the other heirs had been killed. Granted weapons and the throne, he ended the conflict within four weeks, not only bringing back peace but bringing the planet of Narics under Geris rule.

Biography: Born on Geran, her life was saved as a child by Terras when she came along with her father on a business trip. Since then, she has been trying to stay by his side as much as she could. Come the Great Narics War, as it is called in Geris history books, she was asked by Terras to accompany him as a strategist, having beaten him in every strategy game they had played. When her 20th birthday rolled around, Terras proposed to Irsora, making her the Empress of Geris.
Ever since her life was threatened on Terras' fringe homeworld, she trained with what her father called 'arm blades.' Sword-like weapons that strapped onto the user's arms, extending out from the fist. She has become quite skilled with them. She has also been training under Terras, improving her magical skills.
