Nanites began to invade the city of the Suvian and connect to the technology there and download information from said technology. In a matter of hours they would have the location of the Junk Yard which contained all the StarClan Tech that had ever been abandoned. Epsilon knew that he needed more stuff his nanites could form into and so he would start with Starclan and work his way up.

And the nanites met a shield on everything they tried to touch, it was a skin-tight barrier on literally everything. Powered by the city itself.

[Zero]

The nanites however had touched enough. Once they touched the shield they had sent their codes into it allowing the codes to bypass the shield and travel to all the devices downloading information into a computer which Epsilon was at.

And the moment the codes were out in the air the city sent computer viruses into the nanites software, causing them to end up attacking themselves. The entire swarm of nanites attack Epsilon, as they were also inside him it was causing massive internal damage. He'd be dead within a few minutes.

Epsilon activated the failsafe built into all of his nanites and shut them all down.

But they did not respond, in-fact they were all utterly under the city's control, and they continued to eat the man alive.
