OOC: He's just NPCing it. Anyone can NPC something that no one owns. Unless the person that created it calls dibs on NPCing it. But seeing as Gaser high tailed it, and BK is never returning. Yeah... someone had to do it.

It would be Hawk's....but that would be a really bad idea.

Let's consider this, it used to be starclan, it is now abandoned because Starclan is extinct.
Hawk goes to take it over.
His character isn't starclan.

You think he's going to defend it from himself? Heck no.
He'd just let his character have it, aka, a form of metagaming, as that wouldn't make sense, since the character isn't starclan.
That's why someone else has to NPC it. Because Hawk would just take it, and not even think how that effects IC.

We make planets, you don't see us take it right away. We let others have chances, and if we do, we'll defend it against ourselves.
Hawk would do it wrong.

Im merely saying. Besides, Kivith, not being Hawk, wouldn't know what kinds of defenses it had. Knowing Hawk, it would be more along the lines of automated cannons, not a computer virus, for example. Part of it also has to be using it correctly.

Whoever NPCs it gets to choose, as it's a location, that no one has, and no one controls, yet.

It still wouldn't make sense for it to all of a sudden gain a computer virus defense, when it likely wouldn't have any such defense normally. NPC-ing it or not, it being Hawk's creation, it wouldn't have had such a defense.

The thing is, it wasn't Hawk's creation.

It was Logan's. But he ripped it from Stargate and gave it to Gaser.
Gaser left. We were getting rid of the rips, so K2 changed it to Ancient Starclan instead of stargate Ancients.
So what it is? Who owns it? Who controls it? No one really knows....
It's up for grabs. But if someone attacks it, anyone has the right to NPC it and make it up, since we don't know anything.

Alright, NOW Im confused. More so than normal, anyways. I'd always thought the Starclan was Hawk's creation.

It is.
But the Ancients weren't.

To get rid of rips, K2 changed it to Ancient Starclan. Instead of what Logan had it as.
But because of what it originally was, it has more than starclan would have.

Also, I think K2 created ANCIENT Starclan.

Anyways, don't worry about it. As soon as my characters are free, I'm taking it.

Pretty much, Hawkeye created the fail/star-clan. K2 created the badass ancient star-clan, which would be like on par with the Aralangs.

Hm...It wouldn't be possible to potentially revive the ANCIENT Starclan, if they're so awesome, would it? Merely wanna know, since Im running out of ideas(besides devouring the galaxy, but thats not the point). I might be able to incorporate some of Blaze's backstory for something like that.
