Monolithica Imperia

This device is The Monolithica Imperia; it amplifies the magic of whoever is close to it by the amount depending on the distance from the monolithica imperia. The closer you are the more powerful your magic is. This massive artifact over 300 ft tall and more than 500 wide on its square bottom landed in the middle of a jungle. It is a Zarethian artifact, from when their homeworld was engulfed by the Lorcar. The monolith is also a factory, producing ancient robotic figures with actual intelligence. These however are inactive until turned on by a magical pulse associated with an extremely strong magic user approaches. Luckily for the fleet it had just found out the coordinates and picked it up off the planet.
