Name: Dominic Vasquez
Age: He is 100 but appears to be thirty.

Biography: A group of humans who left the earth in a secret rocket that had been built with life support capabilities, the brain trust was a group of intellectuals who had built up many weapons beyond what humanity could even think up or devise.
Gifted with the knowledge they decided that it was too dangerous to allow humanity to have the kind of firepower they themselves had invented and so when they left the earth they constructed a vault to contain their ultimate weapon which was a 10 year old that had been genetically modified and restructured so that he could use various Meta Warrior Human capabilities.
Dominic Vasquez learned that he was their special Meta Warrior Human experiment and that his telepathic and Construct powers were the result of the experiments on him along with his super speed and agility and enhanced reflexes. Training to use this he learned to invent and eventually created his own experiment, a Experiment with the abilities to create constructs and to teleport at will.. Later he would learn that he was a Warrior Human. He was taught to use martial arts in order to be stronger. Karate and Kung-Fu along with Judititsu and Tai Chi were all taught to him so that he possesses 4 different styles of martial arts and 4 different fighting styles.
His training in magic was not given at a steady rate as they were reluctant to merely hand their project another weapon and so what he knew he stole from the minds of others without them knowing via his telepathy. Learning took up much of his time and so Dominic spent his spare time inventing random things sometimes medical devices or weapons and teleporting them via magic to the planet earth.
Being sent by the brain trust to Utopia Dominic fought the three guards and using his powers which they could not counter as he was inside their minds at the time took them down and learned how to use Boshi Liko for himself. After learning it he left Utopia. Once he left Utopia he discovered a book along with 18 scrolls and took them for himself but yet doesn't know what is in the book or on the scrolls as he has not had the time to read them.
Fearing that the Brain Trust would learn what he had done Dominic made a device that could seal his magic and put it on his arm so that he would have his magic sealed until such time that the brain trust was disbanded. Waiting was difficult for Dominic to do.
Finally the brain trust left the dimension and put their base under the control of Dominic. Taking parts from their base he fashioned for himself a crude mech suit which he in a blind fit of fury tore to shreds as it was inadequate. Taking off the seal he learned about his forms and decided that they would be quite useful in battle as he could simply transform and lay waste to his enemies.
He has gathered through various disguises factions of Warrior Humans that live in the shadows and rarely come out of hiding and bound them to his will via use of his magical abilities along with his telepathic capabilities. Currently his army is 500,000 strong in terms of Warrior Humans and 20,000 Strong in terms of Tideans.
Weapons: Chain with the business end of a sledge hammer attached to it and the handle of a sword at the end of the chain he swings to give him greater control. His abilities are also one of his weapons.
Equipment: Wrench, Screwdriver, PDA, Zip Drive and Laptop. He also has a computerized facility stashed inside a pocket dimension.
Magic Level : It really depends but normally it would be level three.
Abilities
Training
Due to 9 decades worth of mental programming Dominic has faster reflexes and is stronger than the average person. He is also faster on his feet than most due to the training he received in that ability.
Boshi Liko
He has learned how to perform Boshi Liko.
He is good at hacking into computers.
Telepathy - He can slide into someone's mind quite easily and without them knowing for he has learned to cover his tracks easily. However those who have magic can easily detect that he is probing their mind. He can slide into open minds only for magical information but with shielded minds it takes him a good 3 days to get inside their head unless they have been shielding their mind for years and then it is impossible.
Construct Weaponry - He can form construct weaponry for his own use.
Claws - He has claws that can come out of his knuckles which he uses primarily for melee combat since he has a prime distaste for swords and axes and staffs.
Gymnastics Training - He has had 5 years worth of gymnastics training allowing him to perform acrobatics.
Magic - Though he is not currently skilled at using magic he has learned how to do a lot of things with the aid of magic by stealing that information from the minds of those who can use magic that he talks to.
Martial Arts - He has also been trained in the martial arts.
Seal -
A seal is on him that prevents him from unleashing another power that he has, namely the power to shift into 3 different forms. It breaks when his life is in peril and or someone is attempting to take his soul after which he can use the following abilities. Rumor is that there is a fifth form but it is not yet accessible by him.
Form 1 : Paladin
He will become taller and more muscular. Armor will replace his garments and a chain with the business end of the sledge hammer will appear in his hand. In this form his physical strength is boosted significantly but he can't use magic.
Form 2 : Mage
In this form robes replace his garments and his magic is boosted to level 3 as are his similar abilities. However he can't use a sword or fight with tools besides magic while inside this form.
Form 3 : Valor Mode
A mode that is balanced and gives both boosts without the deficiencies of either form allowing him to have a far greater style of fighting namely that he can use his abilities simultaneously while in this form. In this form his magic is level 4. The disadvantage is that he tends to be more of a berserker in this form than anything else limiting the creativity and uniqueness of his fighting style.

Boshi Liko- He has learned this when he was sent by the Brain Trust to visit Utopia and gain their magical knowledge.
Appearance: Clad in a tuxedo normally Dominic Vasquez at times wears a suit of armor and so the armor would keep the person safe from the harm. He has golden hair and light tan colored skin. He is 5"1 and seems to be very muscular.
