Magical Energy Gathering and Transmitting Device. MEGTD.
This device gathers in the magical energy abundant on a world and then transmits it to the recieving device which would in this case be a massive tower on New Dragon Moon. The tower in turn transmits the magic to the sages who are running low on power thus allowing them to continue fighting longer.

Crescent Arch Blades
These blades are enchanted with an ancient form of magic making the immune to physical damage but magical attacks are highly effective against them.

Sage Rifles
Based on the design of rifles from earth except the sage rifles fire bullets of energy instead of bullets of metal.

Sage Pistols
These fire bullets of energy instead of bullets of metal.

Sage Rocket launchers
These fire rockets of energy instead of rockets made out of metallic substances.

How much longer can the Sages fight, and how many?

It's godmodding to have them immune to physical damage. I don't think magic can make it physically damaged, only teleported and such.

For Sage Rifles, tell me about the energy. Where does it come from?

Same with Sage Pistols.

Same thing with Sage Rocket launchers.

They can fight for about 3 hours longer than they normally could.

Cresent Arch Blades
They can be destroyed if they are exploded from the inside which is a feat that magic is required to do.

As for the Sage Guns
The energy actually comes from the air, the sun, water, plants. Anything at hand even. Some Sages even use themselves to fuel the weapons.

There are so many spells woven on the Arch Blades it would take you months unless you used an AM field to weaken them slightly and then tore the spells off of the blades somehow but that is highly unlikely to occur.

It can help up to 7200 sages for 3 hours.

Where does the MEGTD get the magic from?

An AM field would be able to remove all of the spells on it, if strong enough, and a decent AM field would be able to do that.

Nova Bomb
This bomb contains a large amount of energy from a pocket dimension and when it exploded, it opens a hole to that pocket dimension and begins to suck in everything on the planet that is non organic.

Mass Reduction Bomb
This bomb can be dropped into a black hole and is unaffected by Time Dilation. What it does is reduce the mass of the black hole enough causing the black hole to unfold inwards on itself effectively destroying the black hole and anyone inside there. In addition these bombs have Radiation shielding. It also has a substance in it that prevents it from being simply tossed back at the sender by any means of magic or by a worm hole.

Uh, you can't avoid Time Dilation. Walking would give you Time Dilation, but only slightly.

What I mean by avoiding Time Dilation is that the massive effect of it in the black hole would be rendered useless. Thus allowing the bomb to hit the intended target which is in this case, the library.

The Nova Bomb would suck up about 1/4 of everything on the planet that isn't organic in nature. Meaning all the weapons of the soldiers nearby, their armor, their vehicles and all of that would be asorbed into it. 4 of these could render an entire army powerless.

B.Gloves
These gloves are a relic of the times long past that Gallaghar has found and had mass produced. They fire some sort of weird energy discharge that infects people with a magical cancer. The cancer can't be cured by their magic but only by that of another and then only if the original set of gloves used to blast them are destroyed during the curing proccess.

Defoliation Bomb
This bomb contains concentrated Herbicides, acids and poisons designed to kill weeds. It is rarely used by the legacy empire. However several thousand of these exist.

Defoliation Grenades
These grenades explode releasing a mist of acid that eats through plants.

Defoliation Guns
These fire globs of concentrated herbicides mixed with acids and poisons designed to kill weeds.

Clipper Laser Swords
These laser swords are like Machetes and used for chopping at trees.

Ahem, but how can it be a magic cancer? Cancer is caused by the cells, everyone has Cancer cells, they're just activated from certain things, and that's what causes Cancer. Or something such.
You can't "give someone Cancer." It's not contagious, it's not caught, it's not given. It's dormant in a person unless specific requirements are met. We don't know the cause of Cancer, but we do know that much.

1. How did you put a virus in gloves? Because right now I'm picturing spider-man style the way you explained it. Explain better.

2. How does the virus eat their magic? It has to have a way, if you're going to do Medical things, then explain to me how it medically works.

Cancer is cells dividing uncontrollably. I think it is caused by DNA mutation, where the reproduction can't be controlled. Magic can do the thing that causes cancer.

B. Gloves
These gloves discharge a pulse of energy that causes the body to actually eat itâ€™s own magic. The pulse of energy is made from a dark form of Negion Magic. It is unfortunately unable to effect the Negion users as the magic it is made from it too similar to their magic thus causing it to be ineffective. Once this infects the only cure is a transference of untainted magic. If your magic is tainted by this your body will totally eat your own magic completely.

Magical Amplification Fortress

Not approved. Go into more detail on what types of acid. It doesn't hurt to research you know. That's what the rest of us do. Just saying acid could make a person think cyanide.

Clipper Laser Swords
Uh if they're machetes, give a description of how they look. You say sword...but I picture a machete type laser, which IS NOT a sword.

Magical Aural Amplifier
Not approved. Give more information. "Boosting magic 10 fold," does not really tell us how it does it.

Plasma Stave
Explain the plasma blasts, what type, how they appear/work when used.
And a stave is like a staff, not a spear......do you even know your weapons?

Magical Amplification Fortress
No.....For a fortress to amplify magic it would have to set over something to cause amplification, a vortex, etc. Something to amplify powers. Again, RESEARCH.

Defoliants
These are filled to the brim with herbicide, Napalm and a variety of toxins that kill plant life including specialized acids and some corruption magic has also been added to these bombs/grenades to make them corrupt the plant life.

Clipper Laser Machetes
These machetes have been modified to allow them to be 'charged' with energy thus enabling them to slice through plant life like a hot knife. Usually Phoenix Crystals are implanted inside these to allow them to do so but since those crystals are getting rarer, technology has been used instead.

Magical Adapter
You attach this to a soul of a person and you gain control of their magic in that you can use their magic but so can they, but yours will be stronger than theirs.

WTF? Phoenix crystal? And that is? NO. Take out the crystal, make it just tech, then approved.

Magical Adapter
You'd have to get a persons soul to attach it. You can only get a soul through forcefully stealing with magic (which you don't know how,) or if they contract it. Not approved, never approved.
