He's not unsealed. If he were unsealed, he'd be a massive monster of pure Destruction.

Unsealed enough to break conservation laws it seems.

He's giving no one a chance! How is one supposed to fight against something that turns all into naught?

According to Gaserlake, the virus is some great, powerful anomaly. So, lets see a fight.

...Since when the hell did I say that the Virus is "some great, powerful anomaly"? Wow... more and more people are getting confused with my Unstable Saraton Energy.

If you'd even pay attention he's using it in blasts, which can be dodged. And even if said blasts hit you, if you say shield yourself with a magic spell, it would take more energy for the blast to render you nonexistent. Which would mean, he'd have to shoot at you again, but stronger. Meaning it can be blocked. :/

And the Destruction would be used, meaning he'd need another blast.

Okay? He would just attack in waves of two blasts per attack. Seeing how a single blast can turn anything and everything in its way to nothing, I doubt he would need another blast.

Orph shouldn't be allowed to turn everything into 'nothing,' kill maybe, or destroy. But nothing? Hell no.

He doesn't necessarily turn it to nothing, he just breaks it down to such a point where it is effectively ''nothing''.

If you read the first posts it did actually say that.

So... what's to keep the blasts from breaking down any shields and going through to the target?

Plus:

[19:57:49] Gaserlake: Well..
[19:58:01] Gaserlake: Obviously.. you can't beat an embodiment of Destruction in a fight...
[19:58:06] Gaserlake: plus..
[19:58:09] Gaserlake: with Fate on his side..
[19:58:15] Gaserlake: it can be said that we're DESTINED to lose
[19:58:18] Gaserlake: which is bs.

Even though he's partially sealed, it would still be pretty hard to beat him, because he's still an embodiment, nonetheless. And when Destruction teams up with Fatet? Yeah... Basically, it's a message saying: The Garelang Virus is destined to be destroyed. In other words, it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of WHEN the Virus gets destroyed. It shouldn't be that systematic.

I hate to say it Gaserlake, but when you make something like your Gareleng virus, it's not a question of IF it'll get destroyed and/or beaten. It's 'when.' Something like that would threaten numerous empires and smaller, independant organizations such as Hiro's Mercs. Hell, it goes on long enough, even the Magnificent Mages might join in.

And even besides that, it's two beings, albeit powerful, against a virus that adapts to everything. Play it smart, and you'll not have a problem.

Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

I'm sorry. I didn't say it adapts to EVERYTHING. Even if it DID, it would take time to fully adapt and even use it to gain strength. Another case of having to attack all at once, but... two embodiments? That's pretty much automatically using overwhelming force. Plus... it WOULDN"T be a matter of 'when'. It SHOULDN"T be. There should ALWAYS be a chance that one would succeed.

To be fair, Gaser, you've had them adapt to the cold of space, which shouldn't be physically possible, as there literally is NO heat in space...If not everything, damn near. :/

Maybe by... oh, I dunno... by making the Virus use itself as a sufficient heat source? There is SOME heat in space... NO heat means absolute zero, which is theoretically IMPOSSIBLE.

It'd take longer than what your saying, though...Virus are small, and while adaptable, it usually takes a long time, like a couple months, to adapt to something. I was exaggerating when I said NO heat, but there still isn't enough for a organism  that otherwise wouldn't have survived the cold of space. That isn't even adapting, that much of a change is freakin' evolving...

Magic is used to create the Garelang Virus, so it doesn't really need that long to adapt. Plus, even without magic, it can still adapt quickly. The reason why we can't adapt to heat or coldness IRL is because we can't actually tell our bodies to do so. The Garelang Virus can. And... hard to realize that you didn't mean to exaggerate, when you used the word 'literally'. Evolution is basically going from one species to another... The Virus remains one species.

Never said I hadn't meant to exaggerate...And you were saying that it takes some time for that to happen earlier in this. By your own logic, there's nothing stopping the Garelang virus from 'adapting' to the power of destruction. As for the fatet stuff, we've already had a character defy fate before...Who's to say you cant as well?

Well... seems to be that breaking down everything to the point that it is effectively nothing? That doesn't sound like anything that one can biologically enhance against. But... seeing that magic IS used to make such a Virus, I suppose it CAN adapt to it, and I guess it can defy fate. Yes... it is an anomaly... but I didn't mean it in such a way that it would stand a good chance against two embodiments, though... but I may be wrong, because the Virus is partly magical... That's the only way I see that can stand a chance against the embodiments.

One thing I never understood about the Virus? How can it produce and control magic? Other species require a soul, or a weave. A virus doesn't have either. Another thing, to adapt to cold, or heat. It's going to need more matter of some kind, it can't just poof it out of nowhere. Even if it is magic, materialization isn't a novice spell in the first place.
