He said his mother said we keep calling the police? I did no such thing. He figures it was a lie and so do I. But... if anyone DID, please don't. We don't want to escalate this situation even more than it is...

Um seriously... Are we just going to let his relatives use his account? That.... is compromising a staff members account. What if they decided to take down our community? We should either tell them to register their own account, change the password, or de-admin him...
I mean, relative or not, it IS using an account that does not belong to them...

It's STILL hacking an account. Even if my own grandmother signed on with my account, I'd call out hacking and compromising a staff account. They can just register, do you honestly think Gaser would want them on his account if they're the reason this all happened? Password changed for now.

that she has abused Fran is ridiculous.

Frankly, the abusive behavior has come from some on this site. Hang
ups all night long, and angry messages littered with profanity left on
the answering machine. I also have a very abusive email to Fran from
one of you that, yes, could be considered cyberbullying. What parent
would not be irritated with such behavior. What parent would not
advocate discontinuing participation.

The blatant disrespect for adults, law enforcement, and each other
that has been displayed by some here has resulted in the development
of very destructive behavior in Francis. I'm not blaming the site,
but the irresponsible behavior of a few is a major contributor to his
current situation.

It was posted from Gaserlake's account, which is why it was removed. To the relatives of Francis, I must ask that you understand our reservations about this whole situation. We encourage an open dialogue between you and our community, but please register a new account to continue these talks. Francis' account is his own, private account. It is a staff account, and as a matter of security, we have changed its password.

As for the Roleplay.. Gaser's characters are important and they are his characters, until he has returned any plots we were in I'd say we should pause. Including the Congregate topic. Besides... to continue without him wouldn't be the same...

Good Lord.... I've been gone for a week... A week! And this is what happens?
Great, well, whatever this is, I'll stand by Gaser. I always did like him.... This site isn't always the most civil of places but we are no bullies. We are friends and as much as we mess with one another, we're always willing to help out in times of need. I live a bit farther than Hik and Lyoko but if by chance I can help we can always do a video chat or something.

Look, to whomever is reading this but is not part of this site, whether you be relatives of his or cops, WE ARE NOT CYBER BULLIES. I cannot stress this enough and if we can all get this straightened out we can figure out what to do. I don't know what exactly set this whole incident off but Shattered Planes has a very close-knit community for those who stay. Hik, Gaser, Nisorin, Hiro, Hawk and K2 are the longest staying members and though they argue, they send heated E-mails, they are certainly not enemies nor are they bullies.

This is the internet. We are entitled to out opinions here and that's where the arguements come from. Everyone has them and its certainly not limited to bullying. Families, friends and all other social groups have them. Its not abnormal, nor is it any cause for accusations of Cyberbullying.

I'm just really sorry it came to this.

Well... They got him...

I called back the hospital after not hearing from him for 3 days... . "He's under order by his doctor that he's not to talk to anyone but his family. If you want to speak to him you'll have to work it out with his mother."

What now? What can we do?! If he really is still suicidal and just wants to get back to us... Then the hospital won't release him till he 'gives in,' and calms down. But we know Gaser, he probably won't given in.. So that will loop, and .. we might never see him again! He may never get out if that goes on!...

They even cut off his cell phone, it says the person isn't available, won't take any voice mail....
I hate this....

All the hospital lady said was, "You have to talk to his mother, you have to talk to his mother, I can't say anything or even give a message. You have to talk to his mother."

She's effectively cut us off from him and isolated him from everyone but family....
And you know what? I don't fucking care if his family sees this message anymore... THEY CAN ALL FUCKING DIE! Except the father. He's the only damn one that seems to even care what Gaser thinks or wants. The mothers and uncles though? I hope they burn in Hell.

You're just upset. You know as well as I do that they both care at least to some degree, otherwise they wouldn't have let him on at all to begin with. He is in the hospital. Yeah, it'd be best for him to talk to us at least a little bit, because we help him calm down, something his mother was, as far as we knew, failing at miserably. But, he's in the hospital. We're not going to get ahold of him if his mother refuses to allow it. Maybe if his father calls them, but I don't really find that likely considering international long distance rates.

There's a lot we still don't know about the situation. We've only heard Gaserlake's side, with a tiny tidbit here and there from his uncle. I've offered a civil discussion but apparently no one seems interested in taking up that offer. I'm not going to harass them over this, despite the fact that I want Gaserlake properly back on his feet just as much as you do. Just about all we can do right now is sit on our hands and wait for something to happen. Anything we try to do right now will most likely be considered harassment or more cyberbullying, the latter of which is absolutely absurd and everyone involved knows it.

If you want Gaserlake to come out of this even mostly unscathed, you need to calm down and control yourself. Use your frustrations productively, channel them into something useful.

Good way to take out stress. And not a threat, just a way to relieve anger.

But yeah, I can't take this waiting. THERE MUST be something more we can do. Petition the courts? Contact CPS with our evidence ourselves? ....Get a plane ticket to L.A? I looked it up.. it's only $117 to L.A and back, and I have that much. It's just a matter of finding my way once I'm in Cali... Only time I've been there was Disney Land.. $:-\$

She left a message on my home phone (Don't know how she got it.) But it's filled with lies, saying I harassed her and her son. I haven't personally listened to it yet, but my sister told me it when I got home today.

There's not much we can do about a restraining order.. except, it has to be filed by the 'victim' and in the state of the 'harasser,' apparently. Like.. she can't get one in her state and have it work, she'd have to call the court of the offending harraser's state and have it setup, then attend a court hearing....
So maybe there is a way to fight it...

Can a parent get a restraining order for her child against the childs wish?
