His mother's making him sever all ties with us. Whether or not it works or not, we can only wait and see. But the prospect isn't looking good, she said he wouldn't have a computer in his room, and he's being sent away, etc. Claimed he wouldn't be getting back online. I don't know if he agrees with this or if he intends to use the one thing he has to his advantage. But he's not answering home or cell number

So, I'm going to assume we'll be saying our farewells.

I have both house phone numbers (they unplugged them) and a cell phone number which goes straight to voicemail. Do we assume he's agreeing with his mother and we won't see him? Or do we assume she's just being a real bitch and we might see him again?

I think we're going to have to assume that his access will be limited or completely nulled. If you see this, Gaser, it's been a great time. I'll miss you, friend, and hope we will cross paths again someday.

As much as I sometimes disagreed with his tech and tactics, Gaser's always been a awesome person around here. Hope he'll be able to be on, even if for greatly lessened periods of time.

I dunno about the rest of you, but Hikaru and myself will be standing at his side whenever possible. I may have had personal differences with him, but no one deserves treatment like this. His mother needs to be taught a lesson, and I'd be thrilled to take her on as a student.

If you would like to help, please email us zipped copies of any chatlogs you have with him, we may possibly be able to use them as evidence against his mother's testimony should this come to court.

New updates, he just called. He might be where he is from 3-5 days to a week, no specific timing. But even after that, his mother is still bent on keeping him away from us. He has no idea what's happening at his home.

I'll GLADLY go to L.A and Testify. You didn't hear him on the phone last night, he left a voicemail nearly crying. Although the above roadtrip was a joke..

But if I could get a ride there just to explain everything... Dammit. It sucks being a state away so powerless when one of our best friends is going through something like this... We can't even talk to him...
