He waved back as his heart fluttered. Damn, he couldnt remember feeling this good. This... Alive.... I'll sleep on it. He decided as he lifted off and went to his apartment.

An automated message plays: "Hello Admiral Sora. This is the office of Logistics of the Zarethian Empire. You have recently accumulated over the maximum amount of leave time allowed. You are officially, as of 7:12, this morning relieved of duty and are put on a minimum of 80 days of leave until possibility of returning to active service. Enjoy!" the message cut off.

Maxis woke up with a start as his phone rang near his head. He fumbled with it for a second before answering. "Hello...?"

The same automated messaging system played: "Hello Commodore Scion. This is the office of Logistics of the Zarethian Empire. You have recently accumulated over the maximum amount of leave time allowed. You are officially, as of 7:19, this morning relieved of duty and are put on a minimum of 40 days of leave until possibility of returning to active service. Enjoy!" the message cut off.

He looked at the phone for a second then tossed onto the counter and tried to go back to sleep.

Several hundred Zarethian military officials received the same message. It looked like the Logistics department was cleaning house.

At the house of Aki a package would arrive. It contained an invitation, and some other things that would be useful at the moment in time. It included a set of coordinates to Lucien's home.

He tried but he couldnt sleep. "Damn military training..." He muttered. He got up, stretched and took a shower. When he was done he ate some of his leftover food from yesterday with Aki. Aki... That perked him up a bit. He sent her a small message on his phone. >> Hey, good morning. Just got forced leave.<<

A package would arrive outside the house of the commodore and his door bell would ring. Inside the package was an infiltrator and a set of garments. The infiltrator was programmed to deliver a message to him.

Maxis opened his door and looked at the package oddly. He picked it up and shook it. It didnt make much noise so he brought it inside and laid it on the counter.
