Maxis wakes up and gets up and puts on his better shirt and trousers. He combed his hair and washed his face. "Okay, Aki." He called. "Time to go see Regis."

"Alright. I know where that is." He said, turning the car on and heading towards the location. "Any idea what the meeting is about? Or is it just casual?" He asked her. He didnt have too much of an opinion on Regis. He was alright but too sneaky and often did whatever he needed to do without the proper authority. But, then, Aki seemed to like him fine so he couldnt be all that bad.

Maxis nodded. Always with the sneaking and the scheming... Why cant people in the universe just come out and say what they wanted to say? He wondered. Then he reminded himself that if they did so there wouldn't be a universe to complain about.

He headed towards the tower that wasnt far from Aki's estate. He landed on the pad outside the hotel restraunt.

She gets out of the car along with Maxis. "Where is he..." she looks for Regis. A man wearing a black suit with a blue hand pin on it sat in the corner and waved them over.

His eyes slightly widen... "Fine.. you got me." He sighs. "I'm doing some recon, and I needed a cover." He finally confesses. Aki rolls her eyes and picks up her menu.

"So you won't mind if I order the most expensive thing on here then..." he stays silent for a second.

"I.... no. Of course not" he forces himself to say.

Maxis glared at Hermatige when he hit on Aki. Then he smirked when Aki rebuked him. He picked up his menu and looks it over. He mentally chose some fresh Terragrouve crab legs 22 credits in his mind.
He whispered to Hermatige, his eyes still on the menu. "What kind of recon?"

"Just keeping tabs on your fugitive... or should i say ex-fugitive. ey Aki?" He chuckles to himself before getting hit by a spoon he throws at him. "Calm down.."

Aki sighs again. "under who's orders?" she inquires.

"Thats classified." He says

"Look. I am a commanding officer" she starts.

"You are A Commanding Officer... you are not MY commanding officer." he stops her.

"Oh HIM...." Maxis said. "We met him two days ago at a bar. He offered to let us stay at a vacation home of his. Then he sent packages to both our places asking the same thing. Apparently hes paranoid about Interpol." Maxis said, shrugging as the waiter came up to them.

"What would you like to drink sirs and madam?" He asked, getting out his holo-note pad.

"Er, yes. I would like a La'con brew, please." Maxis said. The waiter took it down and looked at Aki and Hermatige.
